What do people make of the Trifonic remix...? It reminds me of Lane Boy by 21 Pilots...! Some beautiful flourishes in there, but not sure of the DnB direction for them.

I for one really like it.

Ive been assured album 5 is NOT a D&B album..I dont mind them dabbling in it so not particularly worried over their larger direction.

I think it's ok but I would have loved a beatless version as a bonus remix.

I've listened to it a few times now and I like it too. Quality production as always and slightly different stylistically to a typical Hybrid remix.

One small critisicm I have is the structure. It builds nicely in the first half and then doesn't really go anywhere. It then starts to build again before ending without any real pay off.

Regardless, it's a good effort and bodes well for the new album....

Its definitely grown on me with more listens. But youre right, it deserves a further dose of that killer breakbeat instead of winding down from around the 5:30 mark. Listening alongside the POTHL remix - which does build beautifully to that next level - definitely makes Parks On Fire feel slightly half-finished.
