Trifonic - Emergence (10 Year Anniversary) - June 8th, 2018

This will contain the Hybrid remix of Parks on Fire....which I have very high hopes for.

Really nuts that one of my top songs is being remixed by my favorite group. No idea which direction they'll take it since there are so many layers.

Oh and The M Machine & Hecq remixes won't disappoint either.

I don't want to be too negative but I have to agree. With the possible exception of We Move In The Dark these versions don't really bring anything new to the party

I didnt think that one was very good at all. The only two that seemed to have any sort of direction were the title track and Lullaby Horizon, with the latter just being slower really.

I liked the Oceans dubbiness...but seemed incomplete and kinda' copy/pasted together from the original in the midsection. Hearing it on the hifi just now, I like it even better. Sunday Maybe reminds me of that Beatless and Instrumental revision of "Melt," which isn't a bad thing.

OK, after having finally digested them in full on the hifi (hooray Definitive Tech speakers!), I'm liking it. Other than these being a bit too abbreviated (and Lullaby Horizon not really proving to be inspiring), I liked almost everyone of them. Just churn out a full proper, fully developed album like this, and that should resolve most of my complaints.
