hehe, the prog breaks junkies will be in for a disappointment. Some smoking techno sheeot in here. Looks like I jumped the gun, Ned throws you breaks boys a bone (a dirty one, though) halfway in wit that Dopamine remix, that funky bootleg near the end (track #9) and the Dark Globe edit, but that's about it! I can't wait for the inevitable piss and moan fest.

heh I'm definitely not expecting my beautiful melodic breaks that I'm used to from ned and Digital Witchcraft, but anything from them right now is enough for me! I truly hope they come back strong with their old breathtaking style though

Even if there is a lot of electro, there's also a helping of some other styles there too. That's what really makes the difference. One or two electro tracks in a row is fine. A full hour of nothing but beeps and clicks gets old. This set isn't that bad, he continually changes up the style just before it gets stale.

Could someone give me a couple examples of electro tracks from this set? I hear everyone saying that it's in right now, and that some of the DJs on this site are playing it. Thanks.

Been using Ishkur's Guide to learn about most of this, but sometimes it's not too helpful.

There's no electro in here per se' but here's some electrohouse: 05. The Age Of Steam - Disco Mafia (Audiojack Rmx)

Naturally but I think your definition of "full hour of nothing but beeps and clicks" differs from mine by a tad. And replace that quote with any old subgenre and I think it holds true.

So what if you could replace that with any subgenre. What's the subgenre being played too much right now? Electro. Which one am I annoyed with? Electro. You could rattle off several others and I'd say the same thing I'm saying now about them. However, that's not what's beign played now. So my comment still stands.

And way to avoid the fact I actually thought this set was good despite it's presense.
